Christ the King Live

AN INVITATION TO THE LIFE IN THE SPIRIT SEMINARS

Dear Friends in Christ,

There are many ways of expressing our spiritual life, and since our spirituality is something alive and growing, it needs to be constantly nourished and nurtured. Each person who has been reborn into Christ through the waters of Baptism is in need of guidance to insure that this life grows within him/her. This guidance is provided by God our Father, through both public and private prayer, through the Sacred Scriptures, through the teachings of the Church, through the Sacraments, and through the mutual sharing with one another.

The Life in the Spirit Seminars are an opportunity for Catholics to share their faith, their trust and their love in and through Christ. This sharing provides the channels through which the Spirit flows, bringing the gifts of the Lord to His people. The Seminars strive to speak of the basics of our Catholic life and of how we should go about living that life, and are designed to be the beginning, only the first step in a completely new way of life lived in the power of the Holy Spirit.

“If you know that The Lord loves you, if you have turned your life over to Jesus, the Saviour, King, you have been blessed by God in an incredible way. You have been given a treasure that the whole world’s wealth cannot buy or equal.”
